What You’ll Be Doing

• You will support daily vessel operations by coordinating with crew, agents, and stakeholders, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth maritime operational activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maritime Operations, Administration, or a similar role, preferably within the maritime industry (manning/vessel operations)
• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders including vessel crew, agents, and port authorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems and software
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of maritime operations, shipping procedures, and regulations would be an added advantage
• Handling clerical duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address operational queries and requests
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documents
• Coordinating and supporting the planning and execution of maritime operations
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
