Job description:

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To manage product costing and cost management activities.
• Key Accountabilities:
• Conduct feasibility study for new RFQs by transferring and consolidating customer's engineering BOM and to take lead on the RFQ data sheet preparation with Project Leaders to ensure the information are submit to finance within the required time frame.
• Communicating, coordinating & review with OEM, finance, technical (Project Leaders) and sourcing team for any discrepancy, missing information and technical issues related to engineering drawing BOM lists.
• Reviewing, compiling and analyze supplier's quotations, information and related project data such as costing structure, technical data and etc.
• Managing traceability of RFQ documents filling and data compilation records.
• Develop detailed reports on cost/price analysis, including recommending price adjustments.
• Review and evaluate price variance requests from sales or customer with finance & project teams by implement the pricing on annually based on market price and cost of goods by obtaining management approval
• To take lead to conduct meeting with APQP team on VA/VE proposal ideas for cost merit activity reporting.
• To coordinate the project following the customer's milestone by achieving APM's KPI.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience:
• Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience.
• 3-5 years of Costing, Manufacturing, Finance experience within automotive manufacturing or module assembly.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and documentation standards.
