Job Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily business operations, including the processing of sales orders, purchase orders, delivery documents, invoices, and other related documentation.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate timely execution of operational activities and business requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry, document management, filing systems, and records to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.
• Assist management with operational tasks and undertake additional responsibilities or ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant operational experience, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Willing to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
• Based in Ulu Tiram.
