Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and continuously review HR policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives to align with business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and all statutory HR requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee foreign employee administration, including work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities, including HRDF grant applications, claims, and training records management.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/LHDN.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, salary reviews, increments, incentive schemes, and bonus recommendations.
  • Provide HR advisory support on employee relations matters, including counseling, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee attendance and administer leave management, records, and entitlements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel information within the HR management system.
  • Manage employee insurance administration and prepare HR-related reports as required by management.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations; experience handling foreign worker permits and employment matters will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willing to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
  • Based in Ulu Tiram.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
