Job Summary

As our business expands, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build, strengthen, and scale our end-to-end supply chain operations. We are seeking someone who enjoys creating systems, establishing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy, covering inventory management, warehousing, logistics, demand planning, and supplier management. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing scalable processes, implementing effective systems, developing SOPs, establishing KPIs, and ensuring operational excellence as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy & Process Development
Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes.
Establish scalable systems and SOPs to support business growth.
Develop supply chain policies, workflows, and governance frameworks.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and service levels.
- Inventory Management
Develop inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
Establish inventory control policies, including safety stock, reorder points, and inventory classification.
Monitor inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels while minimizing obsolete inventory.
Implement regular inventory audits and cycle count programs.
- Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, and reliability.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor supplier performance through measurable KPIs.
Identify alternative suppliers to reduce supply risks.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop demand forecasts.
Improve forecast accuracy through data analysis and market insights.
Align procurement and inventory planning with business demand.
- Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Monitor logistics costs and delivery performance.
- Systems & Digital Transformation
Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve operational visibility.
Utilize data analytics to support decision-making.
- Performance Management
Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs, including:
Inventory Turnover
Stock Accuracy
Supplier On-Time Delivery
Purchase Order Fulfillment
Order Lead Time
Forecast Accuracy
Cost Savings Initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams.
Ensure supply chain strategies support overall business objectives.
Drive cross-functional projects and organizational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
