1. Responsible for quality management, quality inspection and quality control during the manufacturing process.
2. Propose and implement corrective and preventative actions and track their effectiveness shall potential issue arise.
3. Assist in quality analysis of product quality issues, execute and implement quality improvement plans, track quality improvement plans, track quality improvements and ensure the final resolution of quality issues.
4. Summarize and analyze various quality data and push responsible departments to resolve issues promptly.
5. Handle customer complaints, drive improvements and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with project and technical personnel on new product pilot runs and quality control.
7. Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer, Applied Science or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Experiece in PCBA manufacturing is an added advantage.
4. Understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC).
5. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
