IMS Recruitment Agency Hiring! Full Time Inventory Analyst in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

1. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
2. Monitor inventory levels across all warehouses, kitting/line side and production.
3. Work with Purchasing, Logistics, and HQ & Plant Material Control to ensure inventory aligns with demand.
4. Create and maintain inventory reports, including turnover rates, stock aging, and stockout analysis.
5. Recommend adjustments to inventory policies based on performance metrics and business needs.
6. Assist in developing and optimizing forecasting models to support purchasing decisions.
7. Coordinate periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
8. Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
9. Collaborate with ERP and inventory management system stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow.
10. Support new product launches and end-of-life product strategies with inventory planning.
11. Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business studies, Supply Chain Management or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
