Responsibilities :
Accounting & Finance
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and data entry.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with basic financial records and monthly reporting.
- Monitor payments for rentals, utilities, and supplier invoices.
- Support management with ad-hoc tasks where needed.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- This role does not require advanced certifications such as ACCA.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is Added Advantage
- Basic accounting skills: bookkeeping fundamentals, processing invoices and payments and month-end reconciliations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
