We are looking for an Assistant Town Planner to be based in Puchong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout plans, zoning and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and compile documentation for Kebenaran Merancang (KM) and submission to local authority (PBT).
• Handle the application, processing, and submission of development orders to local councils and state agencies.
• Follow up closely with (PBT) and other technical departments on project approvals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning, Town Planning or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
• With valid driving license (D/B2) and own transport for site visits and council runs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
