Sangfor Technologies Hiring! Full Time Intern-Technical Support Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

1. Assist full-time TAC engineers to provide Level 2 technical support for Sangfor products to customers across APAC and EMEA regions. Track, follow up and assist in resolving customer technical issues within required SLA.
2. Support daily customer communication to maintain good customer satisfaction and support the overall service delivery of the TAC team.
3. Assist with internal case escalations, align and communicate with Sales, Pre-sales and R&D teams to synchronize troubleshooting progress and issue details.
4. Compile basic technical documents, troubleshooting cases and operation guides to enrich internal and external technical knowledge base.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing relevant bachelor’s degree, expected graduation in 2027; majors in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related fields.
2. Solid fundamental knowledge of general networking: TCP/IP, OSI 7-layer model, routing & switching, router ACL, WAF, VLAN and other common network technologies.
3. Basic troubleshooting capability on mainstream operating systems including Windows, UNIX and Linux.
4. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, OpenStack) is a strong plus.
5. Basic scripting ability with Python, Perl or Shell is advantageous.
6. Proficient written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin.
7. Strong teamwork spirit, good communication skills, customer-oriented mindset and quick learning ability.
8. Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months or above; flexible shift arrangement is preferred.
