Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.
• Participate in market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring shipment processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.
• Support the operations team in tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
• Work with different departments to optimize logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing study Degree in Logistics/Transportation or relevant courses.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Well versed in English, both written and spoken.

Working Hour:
Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
