Role Description

The Floor Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and beverages, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role ensures customers have a pleasant dining experience while supporting the smooth daily operations of the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Operate the cashier system and process customer payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and café premises.
• Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure a comfortable environment for customers.
• Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.

Salary Range

Part-time: RM10 per hour, paid monthly.

Location

Randevu @ Ampang, Jalan Ampang, Pekan Ampang, 68000, Selangor.
