NUR Energy Services Hiring! Full Time Dispatch cum Pool Driver in Selangor - Ricebowl

Job Responsibility

• Carry out dispatch duties such as delivery and collection of letters / documents / parcels / goods to or from assigned destination.
• Upon receiving job requests, promptly collect the required documents, parcels, or goods for dispatch from the relevant Person-In-Charge (PIC) within the organization.
• Plan optimal routes and estimate travel time schedules for timely deliveries.
• Assist in collection of banking documents and banking matters as and when required.
• Ensure safekeeping of document records properly.
• Assist in the arrangement of various meetings, events, functions, programmes and other company’s activities.
• To be responsible in company car’s maintenance under Admin Dept and to maintain maintenance report and car usage record.
• Ensure the cars are well maintained and upkeep the cleanliness of the cars on a daily basis.
• Chauffeur Director/ Senior Management/ Staff to and from appointments as required from time to time in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform any other task assigned by superior as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• A Malaysian who possess valid driving license with clean record
• Familiar with the route especially Klang Valley area and has a good sense of direction.
• Willing to work on occasional weekends and Public Holidays
• Willing to work extra hours as and when required
• Willing to travel outstation as and when required
• Well organized, honest and highly disciplined.
• Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision.
