As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting efficient order fulfilment, and ensuring our warehouse operates in compliance with healthcare quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, detail-oriented, physically active, and eager to build a career in warehouse and logistics operations.

Ideal candidates may have:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.

2. Inventory Management

• Perform stock replenishment and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic stock takes.
• Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming products promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update warehouse records.

3. Logistics & Distribution Support

• Prepare goods for local deliveries and courier collections.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and warehouse documentation.

4. Compliance & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Comply with Company SOPs, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and workplace safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Load and unload products safely while following warehouse procedures.
• Ensure all products are handled in accordance with Company SOPs and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
