Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth, maximize brand visibility, and manage the end-to-end ecosystem of our online sales channels, including our Own Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This is a comprehensive, 360-degree role requiring a blend of hands-on operational excellence and advanced performance marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day storefront operations while executing our paid media strategies in-house.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. End-to-End E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising
- Storefront Management: Take full ownership of the daily operations and visual presentation across all brand website and marketplace channels.
- Listing & Visual Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings, including updating storefront banners, ensuring accurate pricing, managing stock levels, and crafting high-converting titles, descriptions, and images.
- Fulfillment Logistics: Supervise order processing, fulfillment timelines, and shipping workflows to maintain excellent platform service level agreements (SLAs).
- Cross-Functional Operations: Coordinate directly with the warehouse and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment exceptions and ensure pristine store health ratings.
2. Campaign Setup, Marketing Partnerships & Platform Relations
- Promotional Execution: Architect, launch, and manage promotional campaign mechanics including platform vouchers, flash sales, add-on deals, brand days, and exclusive product launches.
- Slot Negotiation: Proactively submit listings and negotiate with platform category managers for premium visibility slots, such as Daily Shocking Sales and Super Brand Days.
- Platform Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with marketplace representatives to leverage growth opportunities and platform wide campaigns.
- Marketing Initiatives: Drive and support broader digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions and influencer collaborations.
3. Performance Marketing & Agency Transition (Hands-on)
- Meta Paid Traffic: Personally strategize, set up, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive cost-effective conversions to our website and marketplaces.
- On-Platform Advertising: Direct and manage internal paid ad budgets within platform consoles, including Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Agency Oversight & In-Housing: Serve as the internal gatekeeper to audit, manage, and evaluate the performance of our current external e-commerce marketing agency, preparing the infrastructure to transition operations fully in-house.
- Data & ROI Analytics: Track, analyze, and report weekly sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and advertising spend efficiency using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and marketplace dashboards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure absolute alignment on campaigns, stock levels, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts alongside proven expertise running paid social campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep operational mastery of marketplace seller backends, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Office, and basic asset tools like Canva.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and highly comfortable managing a business unit independently in a fast-paced environment.
Added Advantage
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or health & wellness sectors.
- Advanced Marketing: Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns, managing livestreams, or building affiliate marketing programs.
- Data Fluency: High familiarity with advanced data reporting, sales dashboards, and automated marketplace ads.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
