Responsibilities
Position: Account Intern
Position Type : Contract
Role & Responsibilities
1. Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
2. Support payment processing, including invoice recording and payment execution.
3. Assist in maintaining accurate record-keeping for all transactions and timely updates of vendor details in the system.
4. Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing and organizing financial documents.
5. Assist superiors in following up and communicating with various departments to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
6. Contribute to day-to-day accounting and operational tasks.
7. Assisting the Finance Team in any other accounting matters as and when required by the superior
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Candidate must be currently pursuing a minimum Bachelor's in Accounting
2. Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
3. Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.
4. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
6. Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship

Pay:
Allowance for Degree Studies - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
