Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily account transactions.
  • Responsible to control the company cash flow and update Accounts Manager at a timely manner.
  • Control of petty cash for daily operations.
  • Maintaining, preparing, & monitoring aging receivable & payable reports and follow-up for payment.
  • Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices.
  • Responsible for the documentation and correspondence of loan or finance matters.
  • Liaise with the forwarder on documentation, shipment arrangement and trucking of cargo.
  • Manage and be responsible for partial accounts.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
