• Plan, coordinate, and manage vehicle deployment and trip schedules for both scheduled and ad-hoc transportation requirements.
• Ensure efficient allocation of drivers and vehicles to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Monitor daily driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to assigned schedules.
• Track vehicle movements using GPS monitoring systems and address route deviations or driving violations promptly.
• Coordinate driver leave, replacements, and roster adjustments to maintain operational continuity.
• Conduct regular driver performance evaluations and provide coaching where necessary.
• Ensure all drivers possess valid licenses, permits, and required documentation.
• Arrange vehicle inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare transportation reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics for management review.
• Conduct regular site visits to client locations to assess service quality and gather feedback.
• Verify transport-related claims and ensure timely submission of supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of driver attendance, trip activities, vehicle maintenance, and operational reports.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
