We are hiring skilled Materials Planner Responsible for planning, procuring, and coordinating material supply to support timely manufacturing and delivery of compute, storage, and AI infrastructure products while ensuring supply chain readiness and risk mitigation more Details Below:

Role: Mass Production Materials Planner

Job Type: Contract for 1 year

Location: Singapore

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field;
• Must have Experience in materials planning, procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably within the technology industry;
• Must have Strong analytical skills, Such as ability to interpret demand, supply, and inventory data;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners across global locations.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of MRP systems, forecasting, and inventory management processes;
• Understanding of computer hardware manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and supply readiness across manufacturing partners and suppliers;
• Manage purchase order placement and monitor order fulfillment to support production schedules;
• Maintain accurate material planning data and ensure alignment with demand forecasts;
• Monitor component availability and drive on-time delivery to achieve production readiness;
• Identify supply risks and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans;
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams;
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports to support planning and operational decisions;
• Support inventory management and material allocation activities to optimize product delivery.
