Position : Custody Operations Analyst

Working Duration: Contract with PERSOL until 17 December 2026

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (10am to 7pm)

Remuneration : RM2,500 to RM2,600 with statutory contribution & leave entitlement

What You’ll Be Doing

• As part of the Pre-Settlements Direct Custody Team, you will support custody clients across 12 APAC countries by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of securities transactions.
• Process securities transactions with high accuracy and within required timelines
• Monitor and resolve securities and derivative pre-settlement issues
• Identify errors, recommend solutions, and help minimize operational risks
• Escalate transaction processing issues to management when required
• Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Assist in preparing and submitting monthly management reports
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates with an interest in banking, finance, operations, or capital markets are encouraged to apply
