• Communicate with walk-in customers in a friendly, patient and confident manner
• Comfortable with upselling / cross-selling (OTC, supplements, personal care)
• Handle cash, basic calculations and pricing accuracy
• Manage POS and simple inventory systems (training provided)
• Follow pharmacy rules and handle products properly
• Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness
