Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written) to support Hong Kong customers. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media professionally.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, email applications).
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required by the business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service, call center, or customer support experience.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to MYR 6,000 per month (based on experience and language proficiency).
