Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the hostel to ensure smooth running of facilities and resident activities.
• Ensure all workers comply with hostel rules, regulations, discipline, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the hostel area.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or incidents to the management promptly.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and emergency procedures at the hostel.
• Be available on-call when required to attend urgent hostel matters or emergencies.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or Certificate in any related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, disciplined, patient, and able to manage workers professionally.
• Basic knowledge of safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to be on-call when required.
• Prior experience in hostel management, security, admin, or welfare-related work will be an added advantage.
