What You’ll Do

• Build and iterate AI/ML models to predict stock and crypto price movements
• Develop quantitative trading strategies using Python
• Analyse daily P&L — Perform daily P&L analysis, investigating profit and loss drivers and providing insights into performance variances
• Monitor market-moving news (macro events, policy changes, sentiment) and model its impact on markets
• Build web scrapers and data pipelines using AI tools
• Use and guide the team on AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
• Develop and maintain long-term strategy models

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills — quantitative coding is a must
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models
• Ability to use AI tools proficiently and guide others
• Interest in financial markets — stocks, crypto, macro
• Self-driven, fast learner, can pick up trading concepts independently
• Able to build a web scraper using AI within 2 days (this will be tested)
• Experience with data pipelines and market data handling is a plus

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
