Role Overview
As a Fleet Operations Executive / Inspector, you will be responsible for the seamless movement and maintenance of our vehicle inventory. You are the key person ensuring that our fleet is organized, well-maintained, and ready for customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Movement: Coordinate the transfer of vehicles.
- Inventory Control: Conduct daily stock checks and ensure the showroom floor is organized according to company standards.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule and monitor vehicle cleaning, detailing, servicing, and minor repairs to ensure all cars are in top condition.
- Puspakom & JPJ: Manage and execute appointments for Puspakom inspections and JPJ ownership transfers (B5/B7 forms).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock from trade-ins or consignments and document any defects or required refurbishments.
- Key Management: Maintain a secure and organized system for all vehicle keys and original documents.
Requirements
- License: Must possess a valid Class D Driving License (GDL license is a huge advantage).
- Experience: 1–2 years in automotive logistics, fleet management, or car rental operations.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of car mechanics and familiar with JPJ/Puspakom processes.
- Attitude: Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently.
