Stock Management & Distribution

• Issue products, filters, and spare parts to Coway Technicians for installation and A/S (after-sales service).
• Ensure proper sorting, organizing, and labeling of all stock items.
• Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure the warehouse is sufficiently stocked (products, filters, spare parts) to support daily installation and A/S operations.

Inventory Handling & Reporting

• Manage and prepare Stock B (used products in good condition) for Home Décor and office-use purposes.
• Prepare scrap reports for used filters, spare parts, and related materials.
• Maintain accurate filing of all relevant documents (Delivery Orders, Installation Notes, etc.).
• Submit required reports to HQ and immediate superior in a timely manner.

Warehouse Operations & Housekeeping

• Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Education: SPM or higher.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Other: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Work Location: In person
