As we continue expanding our business and outlets nationwide, we are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Admin Executive to support our technology infrastructure, systems, and users across the organization.
Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Operations.
- Experience supporting retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-branch operations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered for junior positions.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Experience with POS systems, ERP systems, and cloud-based applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security tools.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Provide first-level technical support to HQ employees and outlet users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and system-related issues.
- Ensure all IT equipment is functioning efficiently and securely.
- Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or senior IT personnel when necessary.
System Administration
- Manage user accounts, email setup, access rights, and system permissions.
- Support the administration of business applications, POS systems, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity.
Hardware & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory records of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
- Coordinate equipment deployment, maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and audits.
Network & Security Management
- Monitor network connectivity across HQ and outlets.
- Support Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and network device configurations.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity best practices and IT security policies.
- Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updates are properly maintained.
IT Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, user manuals, licenses, and support records.
- Manage software licensing and renewal schedules.
- Prepare IT reports, maintenance schedules, and system performance summaries.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement.
New Joiner & Exit Management
- Prepare IT equipment, system access, and email accounts for new employees.
- Ensure timely deactivation of accounts and retrieval of company assets for departing employees.
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding IT checklists.
Project & Continuous Improvement
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and user experience.
- Assist in implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by Management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
