Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development of brand strategy, manage internal and external communications, and coordinate events that bring our corporate identity to life.

Experience: 1–2 years | Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and enhancement of the company’s brand identity across multiple platforms

Assist in crafting and disseminating key corporate communications to internal stakeholders and external audiences

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and smooth delivery

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up

Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality

Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure timely and professional execution

Provide general support for all corporate communication efforts, including campaigns, media releases, and collateral production

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields

Strong command of written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop is a plus

Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team
