Job Description

Responsibilities

Salary depends on your experience and negotiable.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance and capability.
  • Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships and performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct supplier benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and contractual agreements.
  • Achieve annual cost reduction and cost avoidance targets. Analyze cost structures and propose cost optimization strategies.
  • Align procurement activities with company objectives and market trends.
  • Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and follow-up on deliveries. Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with planning teams.
  • Handle supplier performance issues related to delivery delays or quality.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal and contractual requirements. Manage documentation such as contracts, purchase orders and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with PPAP and other quality requirements.
  • Track procurement metrics and recommend improvements. Provide accurate and complete personal information and documentation as required to comply with applicable governmental laws, statutory regulations and company policies
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management from time to time, in line with business needs and organizational objectives.

Requirements :

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred Mandarin Speaker which needs to liaise with China Plant.
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies and supplier management
  • Knowledge of PPAP and quality systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP system (SAP preferred)
  • Strong data analysis and cost evaluation skills
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance awareness
