We are hiring! Join our team as a Purchasing Clerk.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge in purchasing process and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO)
• Liaise with suppliers for quotation, delivery and follow up
• Maintain purchasing records and documents
• Assist in daily purchasing activities

Location: Skudai, Johor
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday
8.00 AM – 5.45 PM (5 working days/week)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
