Job Description
Learn and manage the company’s online presence and generating leads.
Daily / Weekly Tasks
- Manage company Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Write captions and marketing copy
- Design EDMs, posters, banners, and promotional visuals
- Reply to social media inquiries and assign leads to sales team
- Monitor customer engagement and messages
- Update company website banners/news/articles
- Any ad-hoc tasks from superior
Learn and handle marketing leads and customer inquiry flow.
Monitor inquiries from:
- Assign leads to sales team
- Prepare monthly lead reports
- Ensure customer response timing is fast and professional
Reporting
- Lead source analysis
- Conversion tracking
- Monthly inquiry statistics
- Campaign performance reports
Requirements:
- Diploma & above.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to learn
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM900.00 per month
