Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chain-Kit reports for Accounts.
• Ensure smooth production flow and meet daily production targets.
• Enforce compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Monitor hourly production output and performance.
• Maintain product quality and achieve target yield.
• Lead and motivate operators on discipline, safety, and 5S practices (including daily briefings).
• Ensure proper and timely completion of production and packing reports.
• Manage inventory of critical materials and order supplies/spare parts when needed.
• Oversee operator discipline (uniform, safety, work attitude).
• Coordinate machine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
