About The Role
The Executive, Telesales is a 1-year contract role based in Balestier, focused on driving outbound sales activity, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting inbound order processing within the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers commission opportunities alongside base pay, comprehensive onboarding training, and a strong platform for building a meaningful career in sales with DKSH.

What You Will Deliver
  • Drive revenue growth by making outbound calls to promote and sell products and services to target customers
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities and ensure accurate and timely order processing through responsive inbound call handling
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records accurately updated
  • Consistently achieve sales team targets while delivering a high standard of customer service


What You Bring
  • O Levels or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related role
  • Background in customer service or sales support
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
