Customer Careline Executive

Location: HQ
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Salam Alliance is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Careline Executive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, appointment bookings, telemarketing activities, complaint resolution, and administrative support while maintaining service quality and achieving departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone and digital platforms.
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Conduct telemarketing and follow up on customer leads.
  • Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback through c-NPS, Yezza, and Google Reviews.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the service level agreement (SLA).
  • Process medical report and document requests within the stipulated timeline.
  • Follow up with customers and provide regular updates on their requests.
  • Conduct competitor and market research when required.
  • Monitor call handling quality and report technical or SOP-related issues.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, IVR information, and departmental SOPs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service, careline, call centre, telesales, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems and cloud collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with VoIP communication systems (e.g., 3CX) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar digital tools is a plus.
  • Healthcare or clinical operations experience will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
