1. Production Operations

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet output targets.
• Ensure all production processes follow SOPs, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Supervise production line activities to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
• Monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage and ensure optimal yield.
• Ensure compliance with HALAL, HACCP, GMP, FSSC and company quality standards.
• Conduct line checks, hygiene audits, and product inspections.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and guide production operators and line leaders.
• Manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce workplace safety rules and conduct safety briefings when necessary.

4. Equipment & Maintenance

• Coordinate with engineering/maintenance for equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure machines are operated safely and maintained in good working condition.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily production reports, output records, wastage reports, and material usage logs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits (HALAL, internal QA, external authorities).
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Science or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
