岗位职责

Overall Responsibilities

Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll processing, compensation structures, and employee benefits administration. This role ensures accurate and timely salary payments, proper administration of employee benefits, and full compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The position also plays a key role in maintaining employee satisfaction by addressing compensation and payroll-related matters professionally and confidentially

List of Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll, including: Basic salary, Overtime (OT), Allowances (transport, meal, etc.), Bonuses and incentives
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, completeness, and timely disbursement.
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR/payroll systems (attendance, leave, salary, benefits).
  • Ensure employees understand and fully utilize their benefits.
  • Monitor attendance and leave data to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for payroll and benefits.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (payroll reports, cost analysis, headcount reports).

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration (preferred)
  • Experience in handling full-cycle payroll is an added advantages.
  • Knowledge of payroll software or HR systems is a plus

Key Skills required

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime (OT), allowances, bonuses, and deductions
  • Understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
  • Good knowledge of Labour Law, EPF, SOCSO, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems
  • Strong data management and reporting skills with high accuracy

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
