IMMEDIATE VACANCY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SUITABLE CANDIDATE TO WORK WITH OUR ESTEEM COMPANY.
Position: Admin and Accounts Executive
Location: HQ Petaling Jaya
Requirements;
1. 3 Years of working experience in the Admin and Accounts work.
JD;
1. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper office filing and document records.
2. Responsible for handling and maintaining proper account-related documentation.
3. Liaise with the service provider, the local authority, financial institution
4. Assist the Superior with operations, administration, and accounts.
5. Assist the Accounts Manager with account work-related matters.
6. Computer-literate and well-versed with Microsoft Office.
7. Generate an invoice for clients and send a reminder to default clients.
8. Responsible for general office administration.
10. Attending to walk-in clients and incoming calls on inquiries and complaints.
11. Perform any other task as assigned by the superior.
