Responsibilities
The Operations and Support Administration Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the department’s daily operational and administrative activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that departmental resources are effectively managed, operational processes run smoothly, and administrative procedures are efficient and well organized. The individual will collaborate closely with internal team members and coordinate with other departments to support operational needs, facilitate communication, and maintain alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks to ensure the department functions effectively.
SCOPE & AUTHORITY:
1. Provide administrative and operational support to the direct superior and the Payment Gateway (PG) Business Team to ensure smooth coordination of sales and merchant support activities
2. Maintain and manage merchant-related records, sales documentation, onboarding forms, and internal reports to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and easy retrieval.
3. Handle incoming communications from merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders through phone calls, emails, and other channels, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
4. Support the day-to-day operational needs of the PG Sales team, including coordinating internal processes related to merchant onboarding, documentation submission, and account setup.
5. Monitor and track operational processes related to merchant onboarding, account activation, and service requests to ensure they are processed efficiently and in line with company procedures.
6. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, merchant status updates, and operational summaries to support management decision-making and sales team performance tracking.
7. Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, risk, technical integration, and finance to facilitate smooth onboarding and operational support for merchants.
8. Assist in tracking merchant onboarding progress, sales-related operational tasks, and project timelines to help ensure timely completion and adherence to operational requirements.
9. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental operational procedures, and administrative practices.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
