Data Management Hiring! Full Time Account Manager - Merchat - E Commerce in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Description:

• Take Care of Merchants: Be the main person to help and support a group of shop/restaurant partners in Kedah and Perlis. Visit them face-to-face regularly to build good relationships.
• Help Merchants Grow & Sell Ads: Help shops get more orders by selling them Grab’s in-app advertising and marketing packages.
• Make Menus Look Better: Look at the merchants' online menus and help them improve their food images, descriptions, prices, and set combos so more customers will buy from them.
• Check Sales & Data: Look at simple sales data (like daily orders and total sales) to see how the shops are doing, and give them advice on how to get more customers.
• Work with Internal Teams: Work together with Grab’s marketing, operations, and customer service teams to solve any problems the merchants have.
• Keep Merchants Happy: Find out which shops are struggling or unhappy, and help them find solutions so they stay with our platform.

Benefit :

Requirement :

• Must have own transport
• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
