Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Governance, Growth & Print Design (60%)
- Adapt global brand assets and corporate design guidelines to fit Malaysia’s multicultural market across social, web, print, and corporate channels.
- Collaborate with the team to design and optimize high-converting digital ad creatives (paid social ads, carousels, landing page visuals) based on performance data.
- Conceptualize and produce professional sales toolkits, product decks, corporate brochures, and large-scale exhibition booth graphics.
- Design layouts for physical print assets (vehicle fleet liveries, warehouse signage) and coordinate directly with print vendors for quality control.
2. Videography & Storytelling Content Production (40%)
- Script, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and mid-form video content tailored for TikTok, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and Rednote.
- Craft compelling visual narratives around corporate milestones, operational capabilities, and authentic driver stories to humanize the logistics brand.
- Standardize and archive the local multimedia library (raw footage, project files, design templates) for fast-paced team retrieval.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital video production (in-house corporate team or creative agency preferred).
- Technical Skill Set: A) Graphic Design: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). B) Video Production: Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro). C) Gear & Workflow: Comfortable handling camera gear, basic lighting, and audio setup. Experience using Generative AI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Professional proficiency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is a significant advantage to interpret and coordinate global design instructions directly with regional HQ.
- Portfolio: Applications must include a digital portfolio / showreel link demonstrating a blend of corporate static layouts, typography, and short-form video editing.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
