We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent systems that automate operations, integrate platforms, and power analytics in a fast-paced interactive entertainment & fintech environment.

What You'll Do

• AI Workflows: Build end-to-end automation pipelines using LLMs, LangChain, CrewAI, n8n, or Make.
• Integrations: Connect payment gateways, KYC/fraud systems, and back-ends via REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Risk & Compliance: Develop tools for fraud detection, responsible engagement monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Data & Analytics: Create ETL pipelines, real-time dashboards, and predictive models for user behavior and retention.
• Internal Tools: Maintain CRM, helpdesk, DevOps, and back-office automation.
• Customer Experience: Deploy AI chatbots, ticket triage, and LLM knowledge bases.
• Security & Access: Manage SSO, RBAC, and GDPR-compliant data practices.
• IT Support: Handle occasional hardware/software troubleshooting and office IT tasks.

What You'll Need

• Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• AI Stack: LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate)
• Automation: n8n, Make, agent frameworks
• Infra: Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, Redis, MongoDB
• BI Tools: Metabase, Tableau, or similar
• Basics: Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, MySQL
• Bonus: React, Next.js, Kafka, PHP, WordPress

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
