Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines, quality standards and project budget/profit maximization.

· Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project workflows

· Monitor site safety and compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols

· Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and technical specifications

· Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements

· Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum Diploma in Buildings Construction related disciplines

· Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply as junior Site Engineer/ Supervisor

· Proficient in project management tools and construction software

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
