• Provide robust administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling daily account inquiries and transactional requests.

• Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients by preparing, verifying, and processing account documentation.

• Monitor account activities and coordinate with internal compliance teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory standards.

• Assist in executing investment and credit transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements

• A recognized university degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Prior internship or up to 2 years of supporting experience within a banking or wealth management environment.

• Basic understanding of banking products, compliance procedures, and client onboarding processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail under tight deadlines.
