Key Responsibilities:
•Promote and introduce Greenlam’s product - Splendor brand to contractors, dealers and carpenters to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
•Develop and maintain strong relationship with contractors, dealers, carpenters and other stakeholders.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and cold calling to open new accounts.
•Work closely with the Specification Team to follow up on project leads and successfully closure of all opportunities. Maintain accurate records by entering visit details, sample information, and client data into Salesforce CRM.
•Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
•Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
Requirements:
•Minimum SPM or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven supervising sites and sales track record.
•Visit dealers, carpenters, and key stakeholders regularly to promote company products.
•Prior experience in a retail or showroom environment with a focus on consultative selling is an advantage.
•Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Track leads and manage ongoing projects with Salesforce.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
