Job Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly production schedules.
• Make sure machines are used efficiently to meet production targets.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor production progress and solve any delays or issues.
• Control and monitor WIP (Work-In-Process) inventory.
• Ensure materials are ready for production needs.
• Track production performance such as output, efficiency, and delivery.
• Prepare reports on production status and performance.
• Support improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain smooth production flow and avoid stoppages.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any related field (Engineering / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Business).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Production Planning in manufacturing.
• Experience in machine planning and production scheduling.
• Experience in WIP inventory control.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and production flow.
• Experience using ERP system is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to analyze data and solve problems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Stable working history preferred (no frequent job changes).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
