Job Overview:

Design new substrate or types and minor project management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and Study new RFQ from Customer.
• Work with customer on design requirements and capture design requirements in drawing.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal PE team in terms of design drawing.
• Generate Package Outline Drawing / Strip Outline Drawing / Bonding Diagram
• VE / Cost down Project Management.

Qualification & Experience :

• AutoCAD drafting
• Operate Cadence APD
• Basic Design Manufacturing Process knowledge.
• MS. Office
• Operate GC Prevue
• Degree in related discipline or Diploma with 4 years relevant working experience.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
