• Key Responsibilities
• In this role, you will:
• Assist the SCDP/CDP in overall supervision of Pastry/ Bakery/ Gourmet Production
• operations.
• Overall in charge of Pastry/ Bakery/ Gourmet Production operations in the absence
• of SCDP/CDP
• Ensure proper handling of all food products, including storage and preparation.
• Monitoring of overall Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Halal process in the
• Pastry.
• Assist in annual Menu Creations, events & promotions.
• Exercise portion controls, monitor food costs, and minimizes waste.
• Assess the need for and report necessary kitchen repairs.
• Ensure that the daily requisitions, inventories, etc. are in order.
• Requisite and receive stocks and supplies in correct quality, quantity and
• specifications.
• Exercise and monitor stock issues and storage controls.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Pastry/ Gourmet/ Bakery.
• Be responsible in channeling of information, policies and standards as and when
• established.
• Monitoring and conducting training for all related kitchen personnel.
• Ensures disciplinary and grievance procedures are properly adhered to and
• followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
