Onboarding & Orientation
- Compile Crew Trainer’s report of new staff training for each outlet on a weekly basis.
- Partner with outlet leaders to assign appropriate buddy trainers and monitor integration.
Skills Training & Certification
- Certified staff in kitchen operations, food preparation, POS handling, cashier handling, floor service, and customer engagement.
- Assess staff competencies through checklists and certify them at each level (Junior Staff, Senior Staff, Crew Trainer).
- Conduct refresher training sessions for underperforming or newly promoted staff.
SOP Implementation
- Ensure SOPs are understood, demonstrated, and followed at outlet level (including all standard of procedures, cleanliness, food safety, and customer service standards).
- Perform spot checks to verify adherence and provide coaching where gaps are found.
- Conducting monthly QA audits at all outlets to ensure a safe working environment, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quarterly QA audits at the Central Kitchen to verify compliance with Food Safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proper management of standard operating procedures(SOPs).
Training Evaluation & Reporting
- Maintain training attendance, completion records, and evaluation forms.
- Submit monthly training progress reports to the Training Department/Operations.
- Provide feedback to HR on recurring issues or training gaps at specific outlets.
Learning & Development Support
- Support HR in rolling out structured learning plans, LMS tools, and skill development programs.
- Propose improvements to training modules based on outlet observations and customer feedback.
- Mentor Crew Trainers to build internal training capability.
Operational Support
- Temporarily step in to assist outlet operations during peak periods or training rollouts.
- Coordinate with SRM and Outlet Supervisors on scheduling and training needs.
- Conduct training during new outlet openings and assist in soft-launch preparation.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
