Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist with emails and service requests
  • Resolve customer issues and provide follow-up support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service experience
  • Maintain service quality and KPI performance

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience is an advantage Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work rotational shifts
