Position : ProTech IT Support Specialist
Salary : RM 3,000 – RM 4,000
Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong
Working Days / Time : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Responsibility:
- Provide daily IT and OT technical support to resolve issues faced by clients and internal staff.
- Monitor and maintain hardware devices to ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions promptly.
- Record, track, and resolve technical issues within the ticketing system to ensure timely and effective handling.
- Communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to offer technical support and consultancy, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Participate in the testing of hardware and software to ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.
- Regularly perform maintenance and upgrades on IT and OT systems to enhance performance and security.
- Provide basic IT and OT knowledge training to non-technical team members to improve the team's overall technical capabilities.
- Collect and organize client feedback on technical needs to inform continuous product improvement.
- Assist in developing and optimizing workflows and operation manuals related to IT and OT to increase work efficiency.
- Complete other tasks related to IT and OT technical support as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Having transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
- The required languages are English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and be independent in problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
